10AM - 12PM

Autumn is the season of letting go, yet sometimes that is the hardest thing to do. During this workshop, I will lead you through a guided mediation, vinyasa flow, helpful discussion, and an intention setting all centered around letting go and surrendering into the moment.

It is important to follow Mother Nature’s seasons. Just like Mother Nature allows leaves and flowers to fall away into the Earth’s core, you can follow her lead by allowing your stagnant energy to fall away. Through this workshop you will give yourself a chance of your mind, body, and spirit to release energy that no longer serves you to better prepare yourself for the remainder of autumnal season and into the winter season.

6-7PM

Come prepared to relax, rejuvenate, and renew! This class is 60 minutes of pure bliss. The first 30 minute is restorative yoga. The last 30 minutes is yoga nidra (yogic sleep using meditation technique)

Yoga nidra is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the student rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness.

We will close with a meditation. If students have any questions about aromatherapy or any of the oils used during the class, students will have some time to ask Andrea about them.

This class is open too ALL LEVELS - from beginners to seasoned practitioners. All are welcome to enjoy this workshop! More the merrier.

Workshop price is $35. Due to the materials used, discounts are not provided.

Thanksgiving Day

9-10:15AM

Join Posey for a 75 minute DONATION based vinyasa class. Over the summer Hurricane Dorian hit the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas as a Cat 5 hurricane and wiped out the islands. People were left without homes, transportation, food, and clothes. Everything they had was taken by Dorian.

Posey is raising money for the organization called, Bahamas Relief Cruise. There are hundreds of volunteers who have traveled to the islands to help rebuild homes and provide food. This organization even helps host families from the Bahamas while their homes are being rebuilt.

100% of the proceeds from today's class will be donated to the organization to help rebuild the Abaco Islands.

This is a cause that is very close to Posey's heart. Growing up Posey sent every other summer sailing through the islands with her parents and sending time on Green Turtle Cay and Walker's Cay, two islands that were directly hit by Hurricane Dorian. The Bahamas hold a huge piece in Posey's heart but also her whole family. Three generations of her family have been going over the Abaco Islands - on both her mother's side and father's side. The Bahamas is a home away from home for Posey and her family. So, Posey wants to help in any way possible to help her Bahamian brothers and sisters.

This class is 100% donation based. Whatever you give, will be appreciated!
