Candlelight Restorative Yin

Candlelight Restorative Yin is the most relaxing way to end your hectic day. This is an all levels class - all are welcome. In yin we hold the poses for 2-5 minutes. Yin compliments the yang practice of vinyasa. Yin yoga poses release tension in the fascia, tendons, and ligaments. You are able to deeply gain awareness of your body and mind connection. 

Candlelight Slow Flow Vinyasa

Candlelight Slow Flow vinyasa is a perfect way to end your hectic day. This is an all levels class - all are welcome. Due to slowing down the pace, you will have a chance to learn and connect with your body movement along with your mind and spirit. You are giving yourself a chance to truly gain awareness of your body, mind, and spirit. 

Easy Does It (Slow Flow Vinyasa)

Easy Does It is a vinyasa based class. It is slow, intentional movement. This is an all levels class - all are welcome! Due to slowing down the pace, you will have a chance to learn and connect with your body movement along with your mind and spirit. You are giving yourself a chance to truly gain self-awareness. In this class, you learn to breakdown the poses for your own practice. You will see the yoga is not as intimidating as you think. 

Flow & Restore 

Flow & Restore is a perfect way to start your day! It is a combination of vinyasa & yin. The first half is a slow flow vinyasa & the second half is yin yoga. You are activating both the yang & yin of energy within yourself. This is an all levels classes - beginners to the most advanced can benefit from this. 

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa yoga is a practice that allows you to move with breath - meeting every movement with breath. It is a heat building practice. You will see Sun Salutations and Chaturangas frequently throughout the flow. This is an all levels class, so different variations will be given for the postures. In this class, you learn to find ease in the mind when the body is talking to you. Even if the room is set at a cool temperature, you will sweat a little, so don't be surprised if you break a sweat.
